These Terms of Service govern the sale of digital products and subscriptions on the AI2 Lab platform, published by DATAKOO SAS.
AI2 Lab offers digital content (guides, career kits, prompts, workflows), a premium subscription (AI2 Pro) and training programs. Content is described on each product page.
Prices are displayed in euros including tax. Payment is processed via Stripe by credit card. For subscriptions, billing is automatic according to the chosen frequency (monthly or annual).
Individual purchases grant permanent access to the purchased content. The AI2 Pro subscription provides access to the entire library for the duration of the subscription.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. However, AI2 Lab grants a refund within 14 days upon simple request to contact@ecole-artificielle-intelligence.com.
The AI2 Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time from the member area. Access is maintained until the end of the paid period.
Purchased content is intended for individual personal and professional use. Redistribution, resale or sharing of content is prohibited without written authorization.
Prompts, guides and workflows are provided for informational and educational purposes. AI2 Lab does not guarantee specific results from the use of the content.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of DATAKOO SAS.
