DATAKOO SAS, publisher of AI2 Lab and AI2 (Applied Institute of Artificial Intelligence).
We collect the following data:
Registration data (email, first name, last name), profile data (profession, AI level, interests), browsing data (pages visited, favorites, content viewed), payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store your banking data), communication data (support messages, newsletter).
Account management and content access, experience personalization, payment processing and billing, newsletter delivery (with consent), service improvement, customer support.
Contract execution (access to purchased content), consent (newsletter), legitimate interest (service improvement, analytics).
Your data is shared only with:
Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional emails), Vercel (website hosting), Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, anonymized analytics).
We never sell your data to third parties.
AI2 Lab uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not place any cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable data. The only cookies used are technical cookies required for authentication (session).
Account data: retained as long as the account is active, then 3 years after deletion. Billing data: retained for 10 years (legal obligation). Analytics data: anonymized, retained for 26 months.
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@ecole-artificielle-intelligence.com or via your member area (account deletion in Settings > Security).
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, Row Level Security on the database, payments processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
