Why train your teams in AI in Monaco

The Principality’s economy largely relies on services with high quality standards: private banking and wealth management, family offices, high-end hospitality and tourism, luxury retail, real estate transactions and management, and legal advice. In these jobs, client relationships, accurate documents and discretion come first. Generative AI has concrete uses here: preparing a meeting, drafting a personalised reply, summarising a file, producing a polished listing or presentation.

Discretion is at the heart of these jobs. AI2 courses never use real data: exercises use fictitious documents, and every programme covers approved tools, information that must never be entered and how to verify answers. The aim is controlled use, consistent with your company’s internal rules.

AI2 has no office in Monaco: our only campus is in Paris and sessions are delivered online, in the same time zone, or at your premises for in-company training (travel costs extra). Courses are delivered in French; for training in English, contact us. They cover the use of AI tools and do not constitute legal or regulatory advice under Monegasque law.

The training comes to your teams, wherever they are in Monaco: in a virtual classroom, or on site at your premises.

Live online with a trainer : a virtual classroom run in real time, with individual and group exercises and questions throughout. Your staff join from their office or from home, with no travel.
In-company or open session : in-company, your team is trained on its own (up to 10 participants per group, 8 in the Executive range), with cases built on your documents made fictitious; in an open session, you enrol one or more employees in a scheduled session.
On site at your premises : for in-company training, the trainer comes to you: same programme and price grid, travel costs itemised in the quotation. AI2 has a single campus, in Paris.

Fictitious data only : no real client, patient or employee data is entered into the tools during sessions.
Dates : confirmed after the qualification call and signed training agreement, usually within 3 to 6 weeks for in-company sessions, once the trainer is confirmed.

AI Act and AI literacy

Monaco is not part of the European Union, but the EU Artificial Intelligence Act can apply to a company established outside the EU, in particular when it places an AI system on the EU market or when the output of an AI system is used in the Union. For organisations within its scope, Article 4, applicable since 2 February 2025, requires a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff. Whether it applies to your situation should be assessed case by case with your legal adviser.

How does AI training work for a company in Monaco?+
