ChatGPT at work, the Monaco way

The Principality’s economy relies on demanding services: private banking, wealth management, family offices, high-end hospitality and tourism, luxury retail, real estate and legal advice. Client relationships and the quality of written work matter a great deal. ChatGPT helps prepare a meeting, draft a polished reply, summarise a long file or adapt a listing into several languages.

In these jobs, discretion comes first. The programme therefore gives as much attention to the checking method and usage rules as to the prompts themselves: what must never be entered, which tools are approved, how to review an answer before sending it.

Confidentiality and data in Monaco

Monaco is not an EU member state: personal data protection is governed by Monegasque law and its own supervisory authority. In private banking, wealth management and professions bound by secrecy, the basic rule is simple: no real client data in an AI tool the company has not approved. During training, all exercises use fictitious documents, and a whole module covers usage rules. The training is not legal advice.

Funding and invoicing : Training is funded from your company’s training budget. French schemes (OPCO, CPF) do not apply. We provide the detailed programme, quotation and certificate of completion for your internal file. Prices excluding VAT, invoiced in euros. For VAT purposes Monaco is treated as part of French territory: French VAT applies in principle, to be confirmed with your accounting department.

How much does a short AI course cost in Monaco?+

The same public price grid everywhere: one day (7 hours) at €790 excl. VAT per participant in an open session, or €3,490 excl. VAT for an in-company group of up to 10; two days (14 hours) at €1,490 per participant or €6,490 per group. Expert programmes (regulated professions) from €1,190 per participant. Software licences not included.

Do participants need technical knowledge?+

No. The programme starts from participants’ daily tasks. A computer, an internet connection and an account on the tool covered are enough.

Can the training take place at our premises in Monaco?+

Yes, for in-company training: the trainer runs the session at your premises, with the same programme and price grid; travel costs are itemised in the quotation. You provide a room with a screen and an internet connection; each participant brings a laptop. AI2 has no local office: our campus is in Paris.

How does live online training work?+

In a virtual classroom, live with a trainer: demonstrations, individual and group exercises, and questions throughout the day. Your staff join from their office in Monaco or from home.

When can the training take place?+

For in-company training, the date is set with you once the quotation is accepted and the trainer confirmed, usually within 3 to 6 weeks. For open sessions, we tell you about upcoming dates when you get in touch.

In which language?+

Training is delivered in French. Training in English: contact us.

How is the training invoiced?+

Is the ChatGPT course suitable for a self-employed professional in Monaco?+

Yes. In an open session you can enrol a single person, at the per-participant price. Practical cases are chosen according to your job when you enrol.

Can the course be delivered in English?+

Courses are delivered in French. For a session in English, contact us: we check that a trainer is available before proposing a date.
