Why ChatGPT training in Switzerland

Private banking and wealth management, commodity trading, pharma and medtech, watchmaking, international organisations and NGOs: the economy of French-speaking Switzerland produces a great deal of writing, often in several languages, with high expectations of discretion. ChatGPT can save considerable time on drafting, summarising and translating, provided it is used methodically.

Many teams in French-speaking Switzerland also work with German-speaking or English-speaking colleagues. The programme includes rewording and translating between working languages, with one constant rule: AI-generated text is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent.

Data protection in Switzerland (revFADP)

In Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nLPD) has been in force since 1 September 2023, supervised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Before rolling out an AI tool, you need to know which data may be entered and where it is processed. The training builds the right habits; tool and contract choices remain to be confirmed with your IT department and legal adviser. All exercises use fictitious documents.

Funding and invoicing : Training is funded from your company’s or organisation’s training budget. French schemes (OPCO, CPF) do not apply. We provide the detailed programme, quotation and certificate of completion for your internal purchasing and approval procedures. Prices published and invoiced in euros excluding VAT. The tax treatment of a service purchased from abroad should be confirmed with your accounting department.

How much does a short AI course cost in Switzerland?+
The same public price grid everywhere: one day (7 hours) at €790 excl. VAT per participant in an open session, or €3,490 excl. VAT for an in-company group of up to 10; two days (14 hours) at €1,490 per participant or €6,490 per group. Expert programmes (regulated professions) from €1,190 per participant. Software licences not included.
Do participants need technical knowledge?+
No. The programme starts from participants’ daily tasks. A computer, an internet connection and an account on the tool covered are enough.
Can the training take place at our premises in Switzerland?+
Yes, for in-company training: the trainer runs the session at your premises, with the same programme and price grid; travel costs are itemised in the quotation. You provide a room with a screen and an internet connection; each participant brings a laptop. AI2 has no local office: our only campus is in Paris.
How does live online training work?+
In a virtual classroom, live with a trainer: demonstrations, individual and group exercises, and questions throughout the day. Your staff join from their office in Switzerland or from home.
When can the training take place?+
For in-company training, the date is set with you once the quotation is accepted and the trainer confirmed, usually within 3 to 6 weeks. For open sessions, we tell you about upcoming dates when you get in touch.

How is the training invoiced?+

Can a single person enrol?+
Yes. In an open session you enrol one or more people at the per-participant price. For a whole team, an in-company session usually works out cheaper beyond four or five participants.
