ChatGPT at work, the Luxembourg way

In Luxembourg, a single working day often moves between French, German, English and Luxembourgish, with colleagues and clients spread across several countries. ChatGPT is particularly useful for this back and forth: rewording an email in another language, harmonising the tone of a document written by several people, preparing an English summary of a French memo. The course shows how to do it well and, above all, how to review and check.

The financial centre, fiduciaries, law firms and service companies handle a lot of writing: reports, procedures, correspondence and regulatory documentation. These are the tasks where generative AI saves the most time, and where a mistake costs the most. Hence a programme that gives as much attention to the checking method as to the prompts themselves.

Confidentiality and GDPR in Luxembourg

In Luxembourg, the GDPR applies and the CNPD (National Commission for Data Protection) is the supervisory authority. In professions bound by professional secrecy, particularly in the financial sector, the basic rule is simple: no real client data in an AI tool the company has not approved. During training, all exercises use fictitious documents, and a whole module covers usage rules. The training is not legal advice.

Funding and invoicing : Training is funded from your company’s training budget. In Luxembourg, a public co-financing scheme for companies’ continuing vocational training exists: its conditions, including for training delivered by a provider based in France, should be checked on the official INFPC website. We provide the detailed programme, quotation and certificate of completion for your file, but cannot guarantee any funding. Invoiced excluding VAT; for a VAT-registered business in the EU, reverse charge in principle, to be confirmed with your accounting department.

How much does a short AI course cost in Luxembourg?+

The same public price grid everywhere: one day (7 hours) at €790 excl. VAT per participant in an open session, or €3,490 excl. VAT for an in-company group of up to 10; two days (14 hours) at €1,490 per participant or €6,490 per group. Expert programmes (regulated professions) from €1,190 per participant. Software licences not included.

Do participants need technical knowledge?+

No. The programme starts from participants’ daily tasks. A computer, an internet connection and an account on the tool covered are enough.

Can the training take place at our premises in Luxembourg?+

Yes, for in-company training: the trainer runs the session at your premises, with the same programme and price grid; travel costs are itemised in the quotation. You provide a room with a screen and an internet connection; each participant brings a laptop. AI2 has no local office: our only campus is in Paris.

How does live online training work?+

In a virtual classroom, live with a trainer: demonstrations, individual and group exercises, and questions throughout the day. Your staff join from their office in Luxembourg or from home.

When can the training take place?+

For in-company training, the date is set with you once the quotation is accepted and the trainer confirmed, usually within 3 to 6 weeks. For open sessions, we tell you about upcoming dates when you get in touch.

In which language?+

Training is delivered in French. Training in English: contact us.

How is the training invoiced?+

Invoiced excluding VAT; for a VAT-registered business in the EU, reverse charge in principle, to be confirmed with your accounting department.

Is the ChatGPT course suitable for a self-employed professional in Luxembourg?+

Yes. In an open session you can enrol a single person, at the per-participant price. Practical cases are chosen according to your job when you enrol.

Do participants need a paid ChatGPT account?+

No, a free account is enough for most exercises. If your company has a business plan or another approved assistant (Copilot, Claude, Mistral), the exercises can be done with that tool. Subscriptions not included.
