Why train your teams in AI in Luxembourg

Luxembourg’s economy relies heavily on activities where writing, data and compliance matter: banks, fund managers and administrators, audit and advisory firms, law firms, fiduciaries and insurers. These are exactly the tasks that generative AI is changing: summarising large volumes of documentation, preparing memos and reports, reviewing contracts, drafting client correspondence and monitoring regulation.

In these environments, the question is no longer whether staff use AI but how they use it: which tools are approved, which data must never be entered, and how to check an answer before passing it on. Every AI2 programme includes dedicated time on confidentiality and usage rules, and all exercises use fictitious documents.

Teams in Luxembourg are often multilingual. AI2 courses are delivered in French; for training in English, contact us. AI2 has no office in Luxembourg: our only campus is in Paris and sessions are delivered online, or at your premises for in-company training (travel costs extra). The courses cover the use of AI tools; they do not constitute legal, tax or regulatory advice under Luxembourg law.

On site at your premises : for in-company training, the trainer comes to you: same programme and price grid, travel costs itemised in the quotation. AI2 has a single campus, in Paris.

Fictitious data only : no real client, patient or employee data is entered into the tools during sessions.
Dates : confirmed after the qualification call and signed training agreement, usually within 3 to 6 weeks for in-company sessions, once the trainer is confirmed.

AI Act and AI literacy

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. The regulation sets no specific training duration or format: each organisation defines measures proportionate to its use of AI and should be able to document them. Job-specific training with a certificate of completion is one possible measure.

How can a company in Luxembourg fund AI training?+

Through the company’s training budget. French schemes (OPCO, CPF) do not apply. A Luxembourg public co-financing scheme for continuing vocational training exists: conditions should be checked on the official INFPC website. We provide the programme, quotation and certificate of completion, with no promise of funding.

Does the AI Act require Luxembourg companies to train their staff?+

As Luxembourg is an EU member state, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 to providers and deployers of AI systems: they must take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. The regulation does not prescribe a specific format; documented job-specific training is one possible measure.

Do the programmes address the confidentiality requirements of the financial sector?+

Yes, in terms of practice: no real client data is entered during sessions, exercises use fictitious documents and every programme covers approved tools, data to exclude and how to verify answers. The training does not replace your compliance function’s assessment or legal advice on Luxembourg law.
